Returns & Refund Policy

At Pagdeco.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • The item must not be customized beyond the standard options available on the product page.

Return Authorization Process

Returns must be approved in advance. To begin the process, contact us at contact@pagdeco.shop.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Instructions for proper packaging.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (frame, print, or packaging).

  • Incorrect product variations such as size, design, or color.

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (including designs with added text or images).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product. A new order should then be placed separately. Any approved refund or credit may be used toward the new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider.
